Note that closing time may vary by up to an hour in quiet or busy periods, and the galleries may close in the event of severe weather, etc. Due to the nature of the geography in North Wales this may include times when Betws-y-coed and/or Chester are clear but staff are unable to travel safely due to snow or other severe weather. We will usually post a notice on this website and our Facebook page when opening hours need to change, but please call if you are travelling any distance.

We will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Remembrance Sunday.

We usually close early on Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve, and open late on New Year’s Day.
