At all times copyright remains strictly with the artist. Visitors to our website are granted a limited license to download content for their personal use in respect of making a purchase from us, all other reproduction of any images and text in any form for any reason is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Photography is not permitted in either of our galleries.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we work hard to achieve this, however we recognise that occasionally things will not go quite as we would wish. If at any time you have cause for dissatisfaction or complaint about any of our goods or services then please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds - UK Internet/Mail/Phone Sales
If you wish to cancel or change your order please advise us at the earliest possible opportunity. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must advise us within fourteen days of receipt, then the goods must be returned to us in original condition within fourteen days of advising the cancellation. The return delivery charge must be paid by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in “as new” condition, and we advise you to send any returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. A refund will be issued within fourteen days of the returned goods being received by us. Please note this section applies to UK internet/mail/phone customers only and is not valid for purchases made in our galleries or orders from outside the United Kingdom.
Damage in Transit
On rare occasions goods may arrive that have been damaged in transit. If possible, please reject them as damaged and ask the driver to return to sender. If for some reason this is not possible please call us so we can help resolve the situation - if you are able to e-mail us a digital photograph of the damage we will be very grateful.
If you leave your picture with us to be framed and do not collect it within three months of the work being completed we reserve the right to dispose of it, unless agreed in writing otherwise in advance.
