Goods are dispatched via tracked delivery service as soon as possible - in the case of goods already in stock we normally aim to despatch within two to three working days. Please be aware however that we do not carry stock of all possible combinations of print size and mount/frame option, so in most cases goods will be made to order. Usually we will be able to do this within a few days, depending on the workload in our workshop.
In all cases we will contact you if there is likely to be any delay in dispatching your order in excess of these timescales. If you are ordering with a particular date, e.g. a birthday, in mind please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure the goods reach you in time.
If the goods you are ordering are in stock we may be able to despatch via overnight delivery if your order is urgent. If this is the case please phone us to discuss and place your order, rather than using this website.
Prints are packaged in heavy duty corrugated cardboard, are sent via courier, and are fully insured against loss or damage. In the event of loss we will first attempt to trace via the courier, or send a replacement if this fails. In the event of damage we will send a replacement.
Originals are packaged either in an export grade crate or purpose-made art shipping box made from heavy duty corrugated card and foam (some small originals may instead be wrapped in just heavy duty corrugated card). Originals are fully insured against loss and most damage - but please note that due to their irreplaceable nature, glazed originals are not insured for damage to or caused by the glass. The crates we use are very robust and designed for transporting art, so damage is unlikely but we can also arrange to ship work unglazed or upgrade to shatterproof Optium Musuem Acrylic® glazing (extra charge for Optium). Please contact us before ordering to discuss shipping glazed originals if you have any concerns.
Glazed originals and prints will have a low-tack protective tape applied to reduce risk of damage to the artwork in case of glass breakage - please remove this before hanging.
Claims for damage in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.
