Due to the current volatile nature of international trading conditions, this website is only set up for UK orders. However, we can ship overseas on a case-by-case basis - please contact us with your requirements so we can advise an individual quote.
Delivery
Goods are dispatched as soon as possible - in the case of goods already in stock we normally aim to dispatch within two to three working days. Please be aware however that we do not carry stock of all possible combinations of print size and mount/frame option, so in most cases goods will be made to order. Usually we will be able to do this within a few days, depending on the workload in our workshop.
Special offer prints are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class, and we ask customers to allow 14 days for delivery of these as we often have a lot of these to process and we don’t have a shipping department to pack them for us.
Print on demand items, e.g. greetings cards, mugs, etc are dispatched direct from our printers. Expect delivery times for these to be a little longer before Christmas and other significant events.
In all cases we will contact you if there is likely to be any delay in dispatching your order in excess of these timescales.
If you are ordering with a particular date, e.g. a birthday, in mind please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure the goods reach you in time.
If the goods you are ordering are in stock we may be able to dispatch via overnight delivery if your order is urgent. If this is the case please phone us to discuss and place your order, rather than using this website. Overnight delivery may incur an extra charge, including in territories covered by free delivery offer.
Originals and prints are packaged in heavy duty corrugated cardboard, are sent via courier, and are fully insured against loss or damage. In the event of loss we will first attempt to trace via the courier, or send a replacement if this fails. In the event of damage we will send a replacement. In the event of loss or damage to original artwork we will send a replacement, but due to the nature of the product there will be some differences and it will take some time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Glazed work will have a low-tack protective tape applied to reduce risk of damage to the artwork in case of glass breakage - please remove this before hanging.
Claims for damage in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.

In certain territories we offer free standard delivery on e-commerce sales, fully insured as above. If you contact us to request express delivery it may incur an extra charge.
Free delivery applies to Alison Bradley original artwork and prints only, it is not available on bespoke framing of your artwork.
